Jennifer Goldman, a Houston, Texas native, was first introduced to the field of Optometry in 2009 as a part-time receptionist at a practice in her hometown. After moving to Dallas in 2013 to continue her Biology and Psychology undergrad degree at The University of Texas at Dallas, Jennifer continued working at optometry offices to expand her knowledge to fulfill her dream of one day owning her own practice. When Jennifer met Jayson and they discussed their passions within the industry, they agreed that innovative strategies are needed to help Optometrists accommodate and succeed in a changing world. Jennifer is AOA CPO certified, worked in every department of an optometry practice, and acquired knowledge in the following skills: submitting/verifying medical and vision insurances, post mass insurance EOBs/EFTs, scribing for optometrists (CC till Assessment), working up patient's (auto-refractor, tonometry, blood pressure readings, retinal imaging, stereoscopic/depth perception/color testing for children, visual acuities with Snellen chart, extraocular muscles (EOMs), and nose point conversions), soft contact lens fittings, Chromagen examinations, insertion and removal trainings for regular/speciality contacts (sclerals, OrthoK, gas permeable, Duettes), special procedure treatments (OCT, Lipiscans, TempSure, BlephEx), optician sales, and edging single vision, lined bifocals and progressive lenses on a wet edging system.  As an optician, Jennifer has worked with many frame lines from: Luxottica, Marchon, Marcolin, Kering, Safilo and many more. But her passion and attention to detail in all aspects of her work led her to appreciate and love for brands such as: Jacque Marie Mage, ChromeHearts, Lunor, DITA, Cazal, and many more. Jennifer's mission is to duplicate all of her experience based knowledge and success into Optometry practices to fulfill her duty in helping an industry that she loves!

Jayson Goldman is originally from California but spent the majority of his life in Phoenix, Arizona. Jayson began his career in optical in 2010 at Sunglass Hut (a high volume retail subsidiary of Luxottica) in Scottsdale, Arizona while attending Arizona State University. During his time at Sunglass Hut, Jayson started to create his book of product knowledge and sold A LOT of sunglasses (over $750,000.00 in 4 years). After graduating Arizona State University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on Sociology, Jayson took his social retail experience into the prescription world of Optometry at a practice in Chandler, Arizona. It was there that he converted his product knowledge from Plano sunglasses (non-prescription) into understanding the relationship between the patient’s prescription, lifestyle, lens designs, and frame options while keeping a fun, retail feeling shopping experience for the patients a priority.  After proving himself a successful optician by dispensing the perfect pairs of eyeglass frames and lens design combinations and bringing "the retail experience" into a doctors office, Jayson accepted an Account Executive position with Shamir Insight, Inc. moving him to Dallas, Texas in 2016. Shamir Insight Inc. manufactures and designs ophthalmic lenses for all means of usage. Jayson once more turned his understanding of social psychology, ophthalmic prescriptions, and lens designs into a business solution for his accounts. The platform of solutions includes: how to create the patient experience, technical lens diagrams  with all levels of verbiage, illustrating the proper fitting of the perfect pairs of glasses, and how to maximize the profitability of business from lab choices to product catalogs. Successes of over 300 Optometry practices and boutiques helped Jayson reach performance achievements each year within Shamir Insight including Presidents Club and Diamond Club.
