Golden Eye Billing's initial consultation process is a required first step that allows us to review every aspect of your office and assess which areas may require additional attention. Initial consultations are completed in office and may take up to 3 hours with a completed assessment and strategic plan delivered back to you within 5 business days.

Have outstanding account receivables? No problem! Golden Eye Billing will verify each outstanding account whether it's patient or insurance account receivables for the duration requested. In-depth explanations will be attached for each individual account with a plan and time table to reclaim balances. 

Our team has 20+ years of combined field experience that we utilize to create on-site trainings for each department of an optometry office.  The mission is to create congruency between departments and develop a practice standard. Training duration may vary between departments (multiple departments may be scheduled simultaneously with our experts). We make sure your staff understands their roles, goals and the functionality and flow of your office.  

Our Golden Eye Certified program is a deeper dive into our training program focusing on specifics within each department that our initial on-site trainings are not built to cover. Golden Eye Certified is created as a hybrid training model with in office workshops as well as online modules to cover extensive detail on:

• Office culture and the patient view
• Individual insurance plan fluency
• Completing the handoff every step
• Specialized opticianry and ophthalmic lens technologies
• And many more

Our billing and coding department is capable of filing for any medical or vision insurance at a fixed yearly rate. We don't charge extra for: 

• Unpaid claims
• Re-processing of denied claims
• Posting all EOBs/EFTs
• Sending appeals

Our team is capable of verifying Medical and Vision Insurances.
